HIIT Nation - is the latest fitness trend to land on our trampoline arena. Combining the vast benefits of High Intensity Interval Training with the added fun and reduced impact of exercising on a trampoline. HIIT Nation delivers a high energy, fat burning, body sculpting class suitable for beginners through to advanced exercisers. Comprising five rounds of jumping fun to deliver the results that you deserve!  

Jump & Burn - is an aerobic based fitness class burning up to 1000 calories per session. It guarantees to get your heart racing and your body jumping! How high will you jump?

Jump Camp - is a boot camp styled fitness class, comprising all of the benefits of a traditional circuit class. FAT BURNING, CARDIOVASCULAR IMPROVING, MUSCLE TONING, JUMPTASTIC FUN! The class is split into 10 stations suitable for beginners and beyond, come give it a try... 

Jump & Pump - is a conditioning class to maximise full body definition. Choreographed to provide a fun total body workout which boosts the body's metabolism for an increased calorie burn even after the class has finished!

Jump & Blast - is a high energy, high jumping class suitable for all levels of fitness. It comprises the latest cardiovascular training principles with the added benefit of strength and conditioning to provide you with high flying results! Jump to it today...

The price for a fitness class is £6.00. Fitness classes are available at our Manchester and Runcorn trampoline parks.

New to exercise?

Are you new to exercise, returning after a break or a fitness pro? Well no matter which one best describes you, trampolining is the perfect exercise and there is nowhere better to do it than Jump Nation! Trampolining is actually more beneficial than other sports. The health and fitness benefits of trampolining has long been established. Trampolining is an "excellent exercise for those who have been sedentary and are starting an exercise programme1". It has also been described as "the most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man2".

Trampolines increase your muscles’ strength and fitness. This, along with an increase to your pulse rate brought about by jumping, means that oxygen is pumped around your body more efficiently, making you feel healthier and more alert. Plus it’s a great way to keep your weight down!

Not only this, but the physical activity you perform whilst trampolining will make you feel happier, more positive, and even more self-confident. Endorphins, the positive mood-enhancing natural chemicals released by all exercise including jogging & cycling, are triggered by trampolining. But, added to this, the sheer fun of jumping up and down will make you smile, laugh, and feel really happy. It’s hard to feel blue when you’re jumping!
