Benefits of trampolining

Trampolining is an excellent way to build many types of attributes. It is the ideal activity for giving yourself that extra bit of bounce, building core strength, perfecting your poise and balance – all of which play an important part in dancing.

This was straight away proven when Georgia managed to pull off her exquisite dance routine and get through to the next round. All that jumping paid off!

Trampoline parks

Our trampoline parks allow you to move across the trampolines freely, our Manchester arena has 139 trampolines all connected together that you can even dance your way across. Not only that but we have a huge surround sound speaker system playing some of the latest songs whilst you’re on the arena to get you moving! The fun doesn't stop there, we also have a wide range of trampoline park features for you to explore.

Off the topic of dancing, trampolining can improve your general fitness. We host fitness classes in mornings and evenings from Monday – Thursday throughout the week. This is the newest way to get FIT and have FUN!
