At Jump Nation we offer all sorts of ways to jump your way to better health, from our popular Jump & Burn aerobics class to HIIT Nation, our trampoline-based take on High Intensity Interval Training.

We think all our exercise classes – there are up to six different kinds, depending on location – are great for burning fat, toning up and generally making you feel vital, alive and just, well, great. Most are suitable for beginners and advanced exercisers alike.

But you don’t have to take our word for it. A growing body of evidence shows that you really can leap your way to a healthier life. Here’s all you need to know.

Your joints will love you…

Think about jumping on a springy trampoline, and then think about running on a concrete pavement.

It’s easy to see how trampolining might be better for your joints, but you might not know how much better. In fact, it’s been calculated that trampolining is up to 80% less stressful on weight bearing joints than jogging.

If you’re prone to knee, ankle, spine or hip problems or are recovering from a ligament injury, trampolining could be the perfect exercise for you.

And whether you have joint problems or not, trampolining is a great way to increase fitness, shed weight and improve health.

When you jump at Jump Nation you’ll probably be having too much fun to notice your glowing skin or pounding heart, but your body is working really hard to propel you into the air, adjust your body in flight and cushion every landing.

HIIT Nation: Our unique take on High Intensity Interval Training, HIIT Nation squeezes five different sections of jumping fun into one calorie burning, body sculpting, mood lifting whole. It’s suitable for beginners and gym bunnies alike.

Jump & Burn: Jump hard and jump high with a class designed to burn up to 1,000 calories a session. Jump Camp: A boot camp style circuit session made up of ten separate exercise stations. Moving between them burns fat, improves fitness and tones muscle.

Jump & Pump: A full body workout designed to improve definition and muscle tone. Needless to say, it burns a ton of calories too!

Jump & Blast: This high energy, high flying workout combines cardiovascular fitness with strength and conditioning training. You work as hard as you want to, so it’s suitable for all levels of fitness.

Jumpilates: This class combines all the fitness benefits of messing around on trampolines with the core strength training and muscle toning qualities of Pilates.
