For insurance purposes, all participants must have a completed & signed waiver. If under 18 years of age this must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. You may fill out our waiver when you arrive at Jump Nation (please ensure you arrive in good time to do this) or print out and complete a PDF version of the form and bring it with you on the day to check-in.

Yes, for guest's safety, all those bouncing are required to wear rubber gripped non-slip socks (These are provided to each participant as part of any party package). You can bring your own or you can purchase these at check-in for £1.50.

It is possible to add an additional hour onto your jump session (making 2 hours in total) by adding this as an optional extra when booking.

Our fun and friendly referees will supervise the arena for safety, to ensure that the rules are being adhered to and that everyone is as safe as possible, so if you want, you can simply sit back, relax and watch the fun from afar!

We ask that you and your guests arrive in good time for your party as traffic can be busy in the local area, particularly at peak periods. However all party participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to your specified party time to allow for safety briefing and preparation time.

We recommend comfortable clothing that is free of any studs. And please remember that trampolining is an energetic activity and you may get warm whilst bouncing so dress appropriately. You will also be asked to remove any belts as part of our safety briefing.

We have the largest trampoline arenas in the North-West of England and therefore a unique party is guaranteed! Demand for parties during weekends, school holidays and evenings are very high. We will therefore take bookings for parties several months in advance (up to 12 months) and recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee your preferred time and date.

We are happy to reschedule all fitness class bookings with 24+ hours notice - this can be done by calling our booking line on 0845 609 0799. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any classes once they have been booked

Of course! Our facilities are for people of all ages and any adult attending the party is welcome to join in (as long as your child doesn’t think that will cramp their style of course!). You can simply book on using our on-line booking system for the same day and time as the party (at a cost of £8.95 for 1 hour or £13.95 for 2), or contact our party co-ordinator who will arrange this for you. Please note that the full amount per adult is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable.

It’s easy! Just go to www.jumpnation.com and at the top you will see the link for children’s parties. Simply click the link and you will be able to view our birthday packages. Then click the button that says, ‘Click here to book your party.’ You will then be able to view party availability and select a time and date that suits you. You will then be asked to complete details such as number of children, which package you require and any optional extras you would like to add. A £75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the full balance required at least 7 days in advance of the party. If you want to discuss individual requirements or would simply like to book through a ‘human’ then please feel free to contact our event co-ordinator by email at events@jumpnation.com or by calling 0845 609 0799 and select option 3.

We recommend that you send out the waivers (which we will provide you with at time of booking) with your party invites and ask them to be completed and returned to you in advance of the party so that you can bring them all with you on the day.

You will have your own party room with a dedicated party host/hostess. Half of the fun of the trampoline arena comes from being able to jump across our huge expanse of trampolines and jumping onto the giant air bag, which you wouldn’t get if we gave you your own small section of trampolines, so for this reason you may be jumping with other members of the general public. However, if having the place to yourself is something you would like, exclusive arena hire is available, please see details under the parties tab of the website for more information.

Parties require a minimum of 10 guests, but we can cater for up to 90 people jumping at any one time. However, please note that only groups of up to approx. 25 (age dependent) can be accommodated in our party room. We can accommodate larger parties during off-peak periods by utilising the mezzanine platform overlooking the arena, rather than in the party room, but unfortunately larger groups cannot be accommodated during Peak periods. We are open 7 days a week and offer parties from 10am-7pm daily (and between 9am-8pm at weekends and school holidays). Please be aware that we only allow 1 party at any one time and that the demand for parties during peak times are high and we therefore recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

We sometimes have spaces for parties available at short notice, even at peak times due to cancellations. We therefore recommend contacting our event co-ordinators on 0161 710 2360 or events@jumpnation.com to see if we can fit you in, as we will always do our best to accommodate you!

The birthday host is required to stay at the party, but other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun if they want, although this is not mandatory.

Because we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, all our parties begin on the jump arena.

Yes, each party is allocated a party host/hostess so parents can relax and enjoy the party!

Yes, you are welcome to use your own decorations in the party room. However to minimise damage to the party room, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations or silly string. A cleaning fee may be applied if these items are used.

Absolutely! We will set up the party room and clean up afterwards so you can simply go home with the birthday boy or girl!

We provide unlimited orange and blackcurrant squash for all parties. If you would like something different to this, please contact our events co-ordinator to discuss your requirements.

These are available as an optional extra, priced at £3.50 per child.

No later than 10 days in advance of the party. This is also when the full balance is payable.

You may bring a birthday cake or cupcakes. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted due to health codes (except for those suffering with medical conditions, such as, but not limited to, diabetes).

As stated in the party terms and conditions, the final number of children you pay for and any extras you add on are unfortunately both non-refundable. If more children turn up on the day than you have booked for, let us know as soon as you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate them. Each additional child will be charged the full party package amount (per child) as well as any extras you have requested, which is payable prior to jump arena access.

You may cancel or rearrange your party up to 10 days prior to it, however please note that your £75 deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellations made within 10 days of the party will still be charged the full amount.

A lot of planning and preparation goes into creating a great party experience for you. We come in early and prepare for you, even on snowy days. It is very rare that we will close and cancel your party. We are usually open even when school activities and community centres close. In the very rare case that we must close due to SEVERE weather conditions; it is our policy to charge you for the party you have scheduled, but provide you with a 30-¬day window to rebook your party.

Peak times are weekends, bank holidays and school holidays as detailed on Manchester City Council website. Off-Peak times are all other times.
